An idea came into the minds of three high school buddies at their yearly get-together in 2022. The idea was to bring friends and family together during Easter Weekend to share the best food, music, and traditions that the Cajun & Creole cultures have to offer. 

Thus, Easter Encore's "Paques in the Parc" was born!
